- Relevant industry experience in the field of Physical Design Implementation.
- Design experience in all aspects of physical design.
- Proficient in P&R, Synthesis, STA, timing closure and Physical verification.

- Proficient in P&R, Synthesis, STA, timing closure and Physical verification.
- Good experience in scripting, methodology and flow development using Shell script, TCL. Perl/Python is an added advantage.
- Should be good at concepts like Synthesis, Low power concepts, floor plan, Placements, CTS. Route and Physical Verification.
- Strong in digital logic design, CMOS & strong analytical ability.
- Should have a good experience working on power intent convergence, Unified Power format (UPF), and power intent tools (e.g., CLP (Conformal Low Power), etc.).
Additional Skills:
- It is essential that the individual has good written and oral communication skills and is able to demonstrate good analysis, debug and problem solving skills and show high levels of initiative.
- Should be able to mentor junior engineers in the team.
- Experience of working as part of a larger team and working towards project milestones and deadlines. Handle technical deliverables with a small team of engineers.
