Technical Skills

• 1+ years of experience of designing Analog/Mixed-Signal/RF layouts
• Good exposure on FinFet layouts in lower nodes.
• Knowledge of perl/skill/shell scripting is a plus.
• Should have excellent understanding of analog layout concepts like Parasitics minimization, Matching, Shielding/isolation, Antenna effect mitigation, EM&IR, latch-up & ESD.
• Hands on experience in layout of Analog blocks like SERDES, PHY, HDMI, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Ref Generators, Charge Pump, Current Mirrors, Comparator & Differential Amplifier
• Excellent understanding of CMOS / Bi-CMOS / SOI / FinFET process.
