Technical Skills

• Relevant industry experience in the field of Physical Design Implementation.
• Design experience in all aspects of physical Design.
• Proficient in P&R, Synthesis, STA, timing closure and Physical verification.
• Good experience in scripting, methodology and flow development using Shell script, TCL. Perl/Python is an added advantage.
•  Should be good at concepts like Synthesis, Low power concepts, floor plan, Placements, CTS. Route and Physical Verification.
• Strong in digital logic design, CMOS & strong analytical ability.
• Should have a good experience working on power intent convergence, Unified Power format (UPF), and power intent tools (e.g., CLP (Conformal Low Power), etc.).

Additional Skills:

• Should be able to work in close collaboration with design, DFT and PNR teams and resolve issues with respect to constraints validation, verification, STA, Physical design, etc.
• Experience of working as part of a larger team and working towards project milestones and deadlines; Handle technical deliverables with a small team of engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills
• Managing PD team including hike cycle and technical deliverables.
