Technical Skills

• 6+ years of experience of designing Analog/Mixed-Signal/RF layouts
• Knowledge of perl/skill/shell scripting is a plus
• Must have hands on experience in Analog / Mixed Signal Layout design in advanced FinFET processes like 16nm, 12nm, 10nm, 7nm, 5nm, 3nm
• Excellent understanding of CMOS / Bi-CMOS / SOI / FinFET process
• Should have excellent understanding of analog layout concepts like Parasitics minimization, Matching, Shielding/isolation, Antenna effect mitigation, EM&IR, latch-up & ESD.
•  Hands on experience in layout of Analog blocks like SERDES, PHY, HDMI, PLL, ADC, DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Ref Generators, Charge Pump, Current Mirrors, Comparator & Differential Amplifier
• Experience in AMS IP integration in full chip is desired.Should have knowledge of various analog layout techniques, understanding of various concepts like speed, capacitance, power, noise, and area.
